About me

I began my career as a paralegal with a BA in Sociology with focus in Criminal Justice from the University of Massachusetts-Dartmouth. After 5 years I realized that I was in the wrong profession and started working towards my Masters in Social Work from Bridgewater State University in Massachusetts in 2012. My passion is working with kids and adults to help them learn about their thoughts, feelings and emotions.

Reviews

These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Rachel Saffer. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.

Rachel has been an incredible therapist. She allows me to speak my mind freely and guides me to core problems, while giving me practical strategies, anecdotes, homework (per my request) to drive home what I need to heal, and her professional opinions. As far as therapists go, Rachel has set the bar for me. I look forward to each of our therapy sessions and I feel that I’m making progress overall. This is the best I’ve felt in a long time, and I feel like I’m evolving into a better person. All my thanks to you, Rachel!
