Rachel is fantastic. She listens, she lets me speak, she ties in to things well from what we've discussed. I appreciate all she's doing.

Rachel is as genuine as they come. After seeing other therapists, every session with Rachel feels like a breath of fresh air. I finally feel like I am working with someone who listens to and understands me. She's direct while also being extremely kind, so as a person with a lot of anxiety, I don't worry or wonder what she's thinking during our sessions. She tells me what she's thinking, and, even if it's tough to hear at times, I know it's coming from a place of care and with the honest intention to help. Anyway, I love her! <3
