Rainey is an amazing therapist. She’s kind, patient, and relatable. It’s been really nice to just have someone to listen, validate, and empathize with me.

She’s helped me have some slight breakthroughs in my relationships with different types of ppl. This is something I’ve struggled with my entire life having adhd and suspected autism.

I’m always so hard on myself trying to improve and fix aspects of myself and it is so refreshing to have someone I can just be me with. She creates such a safe space for people and I didn’t realize how much I needed someone to just be soft with me in this season of my life.
