Randolph is the best therapist I have ever worked with. He listens with empathy and asks great, high level questions, and is attentive when I have needed a quick session to guide me through a rough patch.

I am grateful to have found such a tremendous resource I can rely on.

A wonderful therapist, who really works hard to help you understand what's going on, and ways to better facilitate whatever healing or discussion you need.

My sessions with Randolph was very enlightening. He was very attentive and responsive, and allowed me to look at things from a different perspective. This was my first time doing therapy and now I can say that there is definitely something to it that is healing and helps you in a different way than you expected. I would definitely recommend Randolph to others seeking someone who is a great listener.

Dr. Reed has been so instrumental in my healing process from a really abusive toxic relationship. He really balances empathy for his patients while also encouraging you to examine your own behavior to recognize patterns of behavior so you don’t repeat them. No to mention he’s extremely flexible and understanding with scheduling!
