About me
I'm a therapist with over 10+ years of experience supporting individuals through life's most challenging moments.I work with clients navigating depression, anxiety, stress, grief, and addiction, helping them build resilience and reconnect with their sense of self-worth.
I'm particularly skilled at helping clients find their power and begin taking back control of their lives. Whether you're facing mood disorders, substance use challenges, or simply feeling empty and disconnected, I'm here to help you find your way forward.
My therapeutic style is authentic and compassionate. I believe in meeting you where you are and working together to uncover the roots of what's holding you back. My goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your experiences, rebuild your sense of self, and move toward the life you want to live.
If you're ready to take that first step, I'm honored to walk alongside you.

Raychel is great! We’ve only had two sessions so far but I feel like she is really hearing me and that I’m not just talking into the void with no conclusion. I feel like she is helping me come to terms with my issues and really trying to help me on the right track with my mental health! 10/10!
