Hello and welcome!
I am a licensed professional counselor in Pennsylvania with over 20 years of experience working in the field of mental health. I have had the pleasure of working with clients ranging from children to older adults in an array of areas such as depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting, career challenges and many others. I have also worked with both younger and older adults around the area of trauma.
I approach each client as a partner in their journey. I believe all people are able to achieve wellness. I affirm that each person is different and that there is no such thing as a cookie cutter approach to therapy. I take a holistic approach to counseling, understanding that a person’s motivation and readiness for change can be a catalyst for positive outcomes.
I applaud anyone who seeks out counseling. I am always excited and enthusiastic to be part of your journey towards a happier and more fulfilling life. If you are willing, I am here to support and empower you.
I look forward to working with you.

Rebecca is warm and caring. She listens and brings good perspective to the conversation. I really value our time together.
Rebecca has been a great listening ear, and is so easy to talk to. She is real with you when you need it, and also quick to remind you that you’re human and it’s okay to be easy on yourself. I’ve really enjoyed having her as my counselor!
My counselor has offered a great deal in the way of coping mechanisms, reframing scenarios in a more rational perspective and doesn’t judge me as harshly as I would expect to be for my views.
She is really kind and understanding.
Rebecca is great to chat with! She helped give me a sense of clarity to the chaos I was feeling in my life so I could take a breath and realize things aren’t as chaotic as I sometimes feel.
I enjoy my weekly sessions with Becky to discuss and reflect on the challenges and opportunities I come across along my journey of growth. Having someone trusted and unbiased who is understanding and supportive has increased my comfort and confidence. Thank you!
Rebecca is an insightful, supportive, and honest counselor. She doesn't dive straight into "here's what you should do," but spends some time establishing that, yes, you're struggling right now and we're going to help move past that, but first let's establish it's okay that you're struggling right now. I have left our sessions not only feeling better about my situations and how to deal with them, but better about myself as a person as well.
I find Rebecca quite easy to talk with; like chatting with a friend, only she's in a position to have more objectivity! A good listener, I feel "heard" during our sessions and she's been able to offer me some insightful comments for consideration along with a couple helpful "tools" in which to facilitate my "introspective" processes!
Rebecca is good at listening and understands what my main concerns are. She offers support, doesn't judge you, and gives you tools and activities that support your growth.
I’ve done traditional therapy in the past and usually it became both time and cost prohibitive. I was a bit nervous about the whole online aspect, but Becky is great. I’m looking forward to continuing therapy.
Rebecca seems to understand my issues and is pointing me to some excellent resources. She is so smart and easy to talk to. I am so glad I tried this. The chats and video sessions make it so easy to get help.
Such an amazing woman. So caring, understanding and helpful. I know that she will help me through these difficult times i have ahead. But i now have a driving force in my corner to make the hard changes that are coming. Thank you Rebecca for lending me some strength
As for the very first therapy experience I couldn’t have asked for a better therapist. A lot of warmth and kindness comes through her voice. I’m only at the beginning of my journey but I have a lot of faith in this process and glad Rebecca is the one guiding me through.
Rebecca is the sweetest, I feel like she cares for me honestly and she has made me feel so much better. She is so professional and cares about her patients
Rebecca Poladian is a wonderfully supportive professional who provides great insight as well as helping me set realistic goals and expectations for myself
Great talking to Rebecca. She is always receptive and has a lot of expertise in the areas that I am trying to work on. Looking forward to more sessions with her.
