Rebecca is an excellent therapist who not only listens to what I have to say, but contributes with her ideas and suggestions which are always very helpful. I feel very lucky to have the opportunity to work with her and always look forward to our sessions.

Rebecca hears what I'm saying and offers feedback in a way that contributes towards my ability to grow as a person which has been exceptionally helpful. She affirms things about myself that I know to be true but have trouble but that I have trouble accepting. She has also helped provide me with coping skills that allow me to frame difficult situations in a way that lead to acceptance and more self confidence. Would recommend to those searching for a supportive yet instructive therapist
