Resa has been an incredible therapist for me! She helped me through some very weird and vulnerable times in my life, where I wasn’t sure what direction I should take or really who I was. She reminded me of my strengths and resilience and helped instill trust in myself, leading me to making major life decisions confidently. I couldn’t have gotten through it all without her support and I’m so grateful.
