About me
I am licensed LISCW in Alabama with 12 years of professional work experience, working with adolescence and college age students, as well as older adults and children. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, depression, LGBTQ-related issues, relationship issues, & motivation, self-esteem, and confidence. I also teach clients how to develop a unique social skill method to help manage uncomfortable social situations with friends, family, and partners. I am also trained in ERP therapy for the treatment of OCD, Hoarding, and BFRBs. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared. When you step into my therapy area it is considered a non-judgement, be yourself, zone, to allow you accomplish the goals you initially came to therapy for in an easier way. Amazing therapist, really listens to what I have to say and takes the time to analyze and make me understand the various events that are happening in my life. He is also very good at coming up with possible solution on how to tackle a few situations, this has really helped me a lot! Amazing at follow ups also, I would highly recommend Rex to anybody!
