As a License Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in South Florida, I have direct experience working with children, adolescents, adults, couples and families with a wide range of challenged and concerns with areas of expertise including: abuse, anxiety, co-morbidity, family/relationship concerns, daily life stressors, depression, psychosis, sexuality, trauma and work/school related stress. Aside from private practice I have provided services to clients/patients in settings such as partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, community mental health, and educational settings.
I have a true passion for wellness and advocacy and enjoy connecting with individuals of all backgrounds, and assisting those who may be in need of (or want) additional support. Despite differences, a similarity we all have, is life experiences, and the inevitable challenges and changes we may face.
