About me
Greetings! I am Rhonda Davis a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with Master’s of Science degree in Clinical Social Work from Eastern Michigan University. I have practiced as a Clinical Social Worker for 15 years in the State of Michigan. I have helped those with anxiety and depression identify the roots behind their feelings, and helped them to build new coping skills. I have lots of experience helping with discovering new passions, improving parenting skills, life transitions, stress management, conflict resolutions, communication issues and adjustment disorder
My work draws from a best practice and collaborative approach engaging from a variety of therapeutic techniques and approaches. I often incorporate the models of empathetic Solution-Focused, Cognitive Behavioral therapy, Motivational interviewing, Strengths based, and Person-centered treatment approaches as my specialties'. Over the past 15 years I have observed increases in positive life outcomes and self-esteem and many decreases in negative behaviors from those I’ve work with. I have a great passion to see individuals succeed, and live a life of quality.
Life changes and transitions happens to all of us. Sometimes, we need someone confidential to talk with, someone who can help better understand, process, and cope with things that are beyond our control. It is my hope that as you move through these changes and experiences, you will consider working with me a therapist who is devoted to understanding what makes you uniquely YOU.

She is so very kind and personable! I've only had one sessions with her, but even with my extreme social anxiety she's really easy to talk with and explains things that would help!

I love working with Rhonda as she is supportive and doesn’t make me feel judged. I recommend her because she listens and helps me understand my feelings. I plan to stay with her due to the fact she helps me level my thought's, understand my “why’s” and allow me rationalize my reactions to it! I’ll be around for a while. Gaining my sanity is so worth it!
