I’ve been with Rhonda for about 8 months now, through lots of ups and downs. During one of the recent sessions, within the first 30 seconds, she was able to clock that something was wrong. I hadn’t said more than 10 words by that point. She asks questions and tries her hardest to help and understand situations I deal with that she may not have much experience with. As far as mental health professionals that I’ve dealt with go, Rhonda Grimes has been one of the best I’ve had the pleasure to talk to. Truly a person meant for this profession. Thank you.

Noelle is wonderful. I’ve enjoyed our therapy sessions. I’ve had moments where I call in feeling so defeated and I end the call feeling better. She is reliable (and told me in advance if she wouldn’t be available and worked with me to schedule on a different day). She is a good listener, relatable, and a compassionate person. I would recommend her to others who are interested in therapy.

Noelle has helped me through so much. She has helped me breakdown a lifetime of unprocessed trauma. Helped me change from having a negative internal voice to one that shows up for myself with compassion as God's child. And given me tools to not see the world in such a black and white perspective but to the ability to see nuance in life. Working with her has been a life saver for me. I pray that anyone reading this review and struggling with what next steps to take or where to turn that this would give you some Peace that there really are phenomenal therapists out that that do their job with compassion, care and concern and walk in a gifting the Lord has given them. She was the next right step for me in healing. And I am forever grateful that the Lord led me in her direction.

I feel like she's going to be a wonderful fit for a therapist for me. It's hard finding someone you can be comfortable with and open up to. She has been so sweet and very helpful with helping me find ways to process things that best suit me. Definitely would recommend her to anyone struggling with life.

Noel, my safe place to land, like a rock or a feather! Either way, she makes me land on my feet. She is like a best friend that I can say anything to but with the amazing support and professionalism to steer me straight. I don’t know what I would ever do without her? Within the first few sessions I already felt tremendously better about my outlook on myself and my life.
