Richard is a great person to talk through situations and feelings with from a guy who doesn’t talk to others. Was able to get very comfortable and really open up.

I've worked with Richard for over a year now and I can confidently say I have moved pass the initial trauma that got me to try therapy for the first time! I feel like a completely improved and validated person, which is fabulous because that was the goal he set up from the get. I'm forever grateful and wouldn't have been able to heal without his consistent support. Now I can focus on building better smaller habits/stress management to improve myself and I'll be happy if my therapy era pauses or stays or continues from here. I can't cant express how much gratitude I feel when I take a big step back and see the difference in how I navigate life now.
