My approach to therapy is client centered, utilizing cognitive behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing when appropriate. Most of my practice has focused on issues with trauma, anxiety, life transitions, and addictions.
I am aware of the technological transformation that has occurred in the way we live and communicate. Therefore, I have embraced online therapy as a way of providing relief and healing through therapy, counseling, coaching and support.

Richard is very experienced. He has a multitude of tools in his Toolbox and our sessions are very structured with our therapy aims always in mind. We do have a laugh too though. I love Mr. Strand's balance between being hands on and not over stepping any bounds. I am a woman and I have trust issues with the opposite gender.
