About me

I believe that many people come to a point in their lives where their circumstances can become overwhelming they could benefit from someone that can be present through their difficult time. I want to be available to listen to people when they are in these hard times and help them find solutions and strategies to get through these times. My professional experience has been with clients that are in very challenging situations and I would like to use that experience to help others live a better life. I primarily operate in Dialectical Behavior Therapy and and Cognitive Behavior Theory. I believe these approaches offer the most comprehensive and efficient solutions in therapy. The training and education that I have received help me be able to help a wide range of issues that many people face.

Richard remembers details and facts and is able to continually support my healing. He has great techniques for grounding and meditation that have been very beneficial to guide my process.

I have enjoyed my sessions with Richard. He is a very good listener. It finds my weak areas and that is not easy to do. :-) I also like that he respects and understands my Christians values.
