Reviews

These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Rita LaBrew. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.

I've been working with Rita since October and my overall well-being has improved significantly. She helps me get to the root of my issues and encourages me to take a more centered approach. With her help, I've been able to incorporate breathing techniques, journaling, somatic movement, and reading to learn more about my trauma and how I would cope in the past. We all have bad days and but with her help, I've been able to stay on track and have learned to have a more grounded approach to my triggers and to navigating the complexities that is life. She listens, she observes, and she challenges me to be the best version of myself.
