Rita breaks things down to you in the sweetest tone and is extremely attentive in listening

I’ve only done 2 sessions so far with Rita and she has been a great help in just listening to the issues and pointing out areas of correct or incorrect thinking or views but most importantly her non judgmental ways and the worksheets she sends help to relearn items or to learn new items that were not taught well or at all in upbringing or school and that’s been a huge plus so far.

Rita who was the first therapist that ever able to reach me in a different way on my first visit. She has a different style that was able to connect me with the information I needed quicker than anyone else has ever been able to. I highly recommend her.
