Rita has been an immense help in my journey of self-discovery. She has encouraged me to really examine myself, recommending reading and work materials to help me organize my thoughts and understand the root of my worries or hurts so I may better understand and work with them. I have never felt so seen in therapy as I am with her. I am truly so grateful she is my therapist.

I’ve only met with Rita once, but from what I’ve experienced so far, she is great. I was immediately comfortable and given a breathing technique that finally worked for me. I find it hard to relate and to open up to people, so finding a therapist that makes that transition as effortless as possible was a necessity, and Rita did just that!
