It’s been a couple years now and I love working with Rita. She’s played a huge role in helping me understand how I’m navigating life and helped me develop tools for being my best self while managing my personal mental wellness obstacles. 10/10 recommendation Rita and she’s the reason I’m with BetterHelp despite my job paying for other services.

Ms. Rita has been purposeful & strategic in mapping out a plan for my success. I feel validated but challenged not to stay stuck.
She provides guidance and practical steps in helping me move forward but does not rush me in my process.
I'm glad that she was assigned to my mental health care.

I’m really happy I got pair with Rita. I’ve actually recommended better help to my peers because of her hoping that others like her are available. She’s made my first experience with a therapist tolerable and I look forward to working with her more.
