Bob is an awesome therapist! This is my first experience with a therapist as an adult living on my own and Bob really helped me work through my pandemic anxiety and work through my grief. I'm thankful for all the help and strategies he has taught me.

Robert has been more than a therapist. He’s been a mentor, friend, brother with very clear advice and understanding. He has been able to get me through some of my darkest times. In that I’m actually starting to understand why I was dark and where it stems from or at least I’m getting a better understanding about why it is there. Still a work in progress but I’m still here so that’s huge.

Robert helped me through a tough time in my life. Over the month or so we talked, he presented a variety of ways I could improve my communication skills, helped me set boundaries, and most of all helped me organize my thoughts and feeling so they didn’t feel so overwhelming. I appreciate his life experience, and can certainly say that he was a great part of my road to emotional recovery.

Robert has a high emotional intelligence and laid-back attitude. He’s non-judgemental and seems able to objectively get to the root of any given issue. As someone quick to move from topic to topic, connecting the dots from different areas of my life, I need someone who can keep up.
