Dr. Nolan has been a tremendous help in just the few short months we have been working together. He validates my thoughts and concerns, never makes me feel judged, and helps me put things into perspective. He has also taught me the importance of self-care and how to prioritize my needs. I genuinely look forward to our sessions and always feel more at ease after speaking with him. He is kind, compassionate, and so supportive (even when I have a breakdown in the middle of the day over a minor inconvenience and need to rant). I would highly recommend Dr. Nolan to anyone!

Bob has really helped my healing process in every way possible. This can look very different for a lot of people, but I have found a kind, understanding and extremely realistic and honest therapist who does understand my points of concern and find alternative ways to deal with the frustration one can experience through their healing process.
