These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Rodney "Rod" Mayes. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.
Rodney has been instrumental in helping use tools and resources to overcome procrastination paralysis from past trauma. Dealing with chronic triggers can be debilitating and dysfunctional. Rodney empathically listens and supports your beliefs from I can't do this to I can.

I was very skeptical about therapy due to not very good experiences as a child. But now that I am older it has been great! Rodney is a great therapist and this whole experience has been a huge eye opener. If you think you may need help definitely download the app, one of the best decisions I have ever made.
