Rosa has been supportive, insightful, patient and overall a valuable experience during a time where my anxiety had overwhelmed me. Through our sessions and exercises, my time of uncertainty and self doubt were slowly managed and molded into confidence and conviction. The journey to a better me is ongoing, but Rosa had given me a much needed start, and provided me resources to reach my goals and beyond.
