Please note: My hours are from 3pm-midnight.
Hello, my name is Ross Thompson a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Texas since 2008, and I look forward to working with you.

Therapy model: I am a Client-Centered Therapist that is dedicated in creating a cooperative and respectful relationship to enhance the identification of your needs, goals, and progression towards them. I try my best to provide therapy style that fits your current state pulling from applicable models that resonate with my clients, such as: CBT, Collaborative, Narrative and Solution Focused models.

Therapy approach: I believe in a holistic approach of mind and body affecting the greater outcome, so I may also bring in techniques from Mindfulness and physical health to enhance your treatment outcomes. These can help create solutions for long lasting changes. My priority is not just to reach your current goal, but stability that will last beyond counseling, where you can recognize and enhance your strengths and adaptability to deal with any issues that may present themselves on your own.
