Ruth is literally the best therapist I’ve ever had! I can’t say enough about her trauma informed approach and commitment to excellence! My severe and chronic issues were not something that intimidated her, she springs into compassionate action with a keen eye for details and points out things that make you rethink everything. Thank you, Ruth, I appreciate you more than words can say!

Ruth has been amazing! She is quick to respond back to any messages I send, even though I don’t mark any of them urgent. I look forward to talking with her, and she has given me many helpful tips with specific examples, so not only do I know how to apply them, there are certain things that have come up in real life that make me think of her and I immediately know what to do! I’ve spoken highly of her to friends and family, and it has helped me set better boundaries.

I have had the pleasure of counseling with Dr. Ruth for a few years now. I appreciate her versatility in the topics I've needed counseling for and she's always been compassionate and provides great support and care options.

I cannot say enough good about Ruth. We are only a couple of weeks in and I am already in awe of what I am learning and how seen/understood I feel. She is very professional but also , I feel like I’ve known her for so long. I am so grateful. Feeling very hopeful, looking forward to things ahead .
