Ruth has been a most trusted counsellor and helps me to get an understanding and perspective on what is happening around me. The sessions have been invaluable and very accurate. I have had counseling over the years on and off for short bursts of time but only Ruth has had the sheer insight that just ties up all the loose ends and makes sense of what is going on. I do not believe that many counsellors have this insight. I would definitely recommend Ruth to anyone seeking help.

Written by E.R. on Jun 20, 2017 after counseling with Ruth for 2 months depression, relationship, self esteem, anger, and career

Ruth has been a great help with my marital problems. She never outrightly told me what to do and always respected the course of action I wanted to take and offered guidance with it--even when I changed my mind 3 times in a month. As for my marriage, we have a long way to go but things seem to be on the mend and I couldn't have gotten through this painful time without her support and confidentiality.

I am having a great experance working with Ruth. I've had therapy in the past and people have been too serious. Ruth understands my quirky humor and my need to be silly. Her compassionate style and information are fantastic for my needs. She is very encouraging and supportive. Thanks Ruth.

For a short and sweet testimonial I'll just say, Ruth is caring and really want's to help you, by teaching you to help yourself and show you that you're not alone in how you feel. She showed me, that my issues not new to the human psyche at large and have solutions if your willing to find them.

Ruth is super sweet and checks in and I feel she truly worries about her patients. She is always quickly responsive, takes my thoughts and questions and tries her best to help me make sense of them. She gives truthful advice that at times can be difficult, but at this point, I need honesty even if harsh to face.

Excellent Counselor!!!

Written by J.I on Jun 10, 2015 after counseling with Ruth for 4 months stress, anxiety, family, trauma and abuse, self esteem, and depression

During the last six months I went through major challenges and transitions. My counselor, Ruth Vanden Bosch, seemed to be very in tune with me and I was impressed with how quickly she got back to me and always offered grounded, knowledgeable, advice and oodles of positive support. I found her empathetic, humorous and open minded. I feel like I went through huge life changes with much more resilience than I would have with the resources I had before connecting with Ruth.
When you are stressed and depleted within an inch of your life and need help, it is ridiculous to have to shop around for a counselor; I think that the platform of Betterhelp.com saves you allot of heartache.

Written by K.A on Apr 18, 2015 after counseling with Ruth for 3 weeks stress, anxiety, trauma and abuse, and depression

I have found Ruth to be incredibly understanding, empathetic and full of good advice and practical steps to take. She's very insightful and equips me with the right information and tools I need on my path to recovery.
Thanks, Ruth!

In the short time together, Ruth Vanden Bosch was able to cut through my forest of emotions and mis-givings in such a way that I can recognize signs of trouble - signs I was oblivious to prior to our "chats".

Her spiritually guided ways of helping me to handle situations beyond my control are techniques I see myself using the rest of my life!

Thank you Ruth, you were a lighthouse...

Written by C.H on Feb 09, 2015 after counseling with Ruth for 3 weeks family

Ruth has been excellent and the first counsellor, of many I have seen over the years, to recognise the crux of the issue instantly. Which has been an enormous eye opener and help to me. I like her straight forward, no nonsense style. I would recommend Ruth to anyone seeking open, honest help to improve their situation and their lives.
