About me

I am licensed in New York State with 5 years of experience as a practicing psychotherapist in a mental health clinic. I have experience helping clients with stress, anxiety, trauma, abuse, coping with grief, coping with loss, motivation, self esteem, & confidence. I also have experience working with depression and PTSD. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. Treatment modalities include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, DBT, and Internal Family Systems informed. Please note my availability currently is Monday through Thursday 7am-7pm.

Ryan is down to earth, relaxed and has a great vibe. I really appreciate that he is open to discussing anything I want, but he still reminds me of our goals and things we can focus on. I was nervous about doing therapy all via zoom, but so far I have really liked it.
