I am a mental health professional practicing for the past 14 years. I have a vast educational background with a masters degree in genetics and computer science. I wasn't satisfied with my work and felt that I can only satisfy myself if I help others. Then I pursued a master's degree in psychology and further went for my PHD. This profession brings satisfaction for me because i get to interact with people and feel that I am making a difference in people's lives.
My goal in life is to touch people's hearts in the worst of their times and bring out the best for them. I feel happy and satisfied when I see my clients grow. I put all my efforts into helping my clients reach their potential in personal growth and empower them. I don't believe in boundaries such as race, culture and religion. I feel equally empathetic for all human beings and want the best for everyone.

Dr. Saima has worked with me for 2 years. We meet on a weekly basis to discuss serious matters and explore how those matters affect my health and well-being. She has continued to support me through many of life's obstacles. I am able to completely enjoy what life has to offer me because of the time I have spent with Dr. Saima.

I really like Dr Saima perspective in all of our sessions. My life has changed tremendously since I started. Today I still have my challenges but I know how to deal with them. Since life is always changing, new challenges come along. But having sessions every week helps me keep my anxiety at bay. And i can write to Dr Saima any day of the week she always respond. Thank you.

She's extremely helpful, actively listens, and reflects what is said. She stays in contact with clients as best as possible. She uses a lot of methods such as journaling, chatting their phone and messaging. I would recommend her.

She definitely listens to what I have to say. She gives me different ways to handle things and it helps me look at what I need to do in a different way. So far it has been very helpful.

I have had therapy before but the approach Dr. Saima does with her therapy opened a different perspective for me and made me realize things I didn’t know about myself. She has helped me realize what are the things I struggle with, why do I struggle with them and how can I help myself so I no longer struggle.
