Sally is amazing, she listens and is very understanding and supportive, she has helped my in so many ways to help me understand my past trauma and how to deal with my feelings effectively, making me see things from a different perspective and making me realise things I didn’t even consider, I would highly recommend Sally 1000%.

Sally is a great listener and also gives some thoughts about your issues too which aren’t too intrusive - often prompting you to discover things about yourself on your own.
