Sometimes my clients have substance use and mental health issues. Or, they may be dealing with communication, self-esteem or social anxiety problems.
I am integrative in my approach to therapy in that I utilize Person Centered, Solution Focused, Psychodynamic and Cognitive Behavioral Therapies to assist during the sessions; whatever feels appropriate. My treatment approach is based first, on developing a therapeutic relationship with the client that has its foundation in trust. I will also utilize your strengths to help you achieve your desired changes and treatment goals.
I believe people have enormous potential and it is my desire to help them achieve the happiness, wholeness and the balance they desire in their lives by facilitating awareness and by introducing them to a variety of coping skills that they can utilize in times of duress.
I applaud your courage for reaching out for assistance and I look forward to witnessing your healing and evolution.

She is fantastic. She has gone through a lot in her life personally and this helps with struggles with empathy and deep understanding
Sandra is a fantastic counselor. She listens intently and is very thoughtful with her responses and recommendations. On top of that, she's a wonderful person and easy to talk to.
I loved working with Sandy, talking with her every week has been such a huge help! I had been struggling with my anxiety and stress for months, and after the first session with Sandy I felt like a weight was lifted off of my shoulders. From the start it felt like I was talking with a lifelong friend, which was such a huge relief as I have never worked with a therapist before and didn't know what to expect! I've discovered a few different stress management techniques since we've been meeting, and I feel like I've really worked through the main causes of my anxiety. I can truly say my life is better now that I've worked with Sandy!
Sandra has been a world of help for me. We have only had 2 sessions so far but she is working with me to get to the root of my anxiety. I truly look forward to our video sessions and her helping me break through.
Sandy is someone who values helping people. Every session I've had with her has proven to me that she is a counselor for all the right reasons. She is genuine, supportive, and relatable. I always look forward to hearing how she will bring perspective to things I'm struggling with. And, when there are days I feel like I'm not struggling with many things, I simply look forward to seeing her smile and talking to her about her day.
Talking with Sandra was like talking to a friend.
I feel like my anxiety was derailing my life before starting counseling. Sandra helped me to get back on track and to have a safe space to vent and process all the changes in my life.
Very easy to talk to. Has a healthy sense of humor, not judgmental, offers suggestions. It’s like. catching up with a friend.
