I have just restarted therapy with Sandra as my new therapist. She listens well, acknowledges that she hears and understands me, and provides kind, educated guidance. I’m excited to see where our sessions take us!

Sandra is incredibly intuitive and listens without judgement. Advice given is spot on and no judgement has ever been made. I highly recommend Sandra if you need someone to talk to or if you need someone to just listen while you vent

Sandra takes a very mindful and spiritual approach while also keeping it logical. She is very supportive and can keep up when I go off on my ADHD tangents. I recently parted ways with my therapist of over 10 years due to her plan to retire. It was a bit scary trying to find another therapist to connect with, but Sandra takes a similar approach to my former therapist. I’ve only had 2 phone meetings with here, and I already feel very comfortable with her.
