About me
I'm a licensed therapist in Texas dedicated to supporting clients through life's most challenging transitions and struggles. I work with individuals navigating stress, anxiety, self-esteem concerns, career transitions, and major life changes. My practice encompasses a wide range of concerns, including communication difficulties, anxiety, depression, and substance use concerns. I'm particularly passionate about helping clients explore self-identity, life purpose, and personal growth during pivotal moments, whether that's a midlife transition, a career change, military service, or the process of navigating life's challenges.
I bring a compassionate, client-centered approach to therapy, meeting you where you are with genuine care and respect. We’ve only had 2 sessions, but I already feel lighter when I speak with her. She sometimes offers me a different perspective of what I might think is going on and that is much appreciated

Sandy Seward has been an amazing help through my journey. She always has solid information to produce and has provided many helpful tools and references to further help on the days without a session. I had been through several other therapist, and that’s ok.. not everyone is a good fit. Sandy clicked right away and I could tell she has passion in what she does, because every chat is met with a smile. Thank you Sandy Seward and thank you BetterHelp.
