Reviews

These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Sara Bice. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.

Sara is a kind, funny, and thoughtful therapist who doesn't make you feel like you're talking “at” someone, but rather engages with you and makes you feel like you're talking to a friend.
Unlike many therapists, she’s not afraid to talk about her own life to relate to you, which is nice, and makes you feel less alone in your struggles.
She gently guides you in the right direction and gives great advice for the next steps in your process.
I highly recommend Sara for anyone who is nervous about trying therapy for the first time, because she makes you immediately feel at ease.
Also, if you’re a therapy veteran who has felt unseen and uncomfortable just having someone say “tell me more” over and over again, she's great for shaking things up and making you feel like you're being heard again.

Sara, is warm and authentic. She is smart and professional. It's hard to write about, because it's mostly a vibe I get. Feels safe and helpful.
