Sara Irwin is the best therapist I’ve ever had and I’ve honestly had a lot. I always come back to her when I need advice or guidance or just to vent. I’ve been seeing her for years and strongly recommend her warm, welcoming, patient vibe. She offers great resources and recommendations as well, and is always knowledgeable and understanding about whatever I throw at her feet.

Sara is a beautiful listener. She is not pushy to me and that really helps my personal style of therapy. Though, she is persistent in giving me perspective and challenging questions and thats important. She is comforting and makes a great cheerleader. Im thankful for her.

If your making the hard decision to begin your therapy journey or your coming back to therapy I would highly recommend Sara. Sara takes her time to get to know you and offers different therapy methods based on your needs. She will modify as needed, she is flexible and she encourages you to just be who you are. She will help you with big or small things and your voice will always matter!

Having Sara there at the end of a video link gives me a great deal of comfort. Whether I have something which concerns me or I simply want to talk to someone Sara is always there to help and because she remembers the details around my situation she immediately has context which hlps with her response. Sara is as good as they come.
