Sara has been consistently supportive. She always keeps up on what’s going on with me and remembers from one appointment to the next which feels like she is paying attention and really taking it in what I tell her

I owe so much to Sara. Highly highly recommend working with her. I can honestly say my life would be absolutely terrible had I not worked with her all these years.

Sara is exactly who I need as my therapist. She helps me see situations from an outside perspective so I can understand myself better. She checks in with me the perfect amount and always fosters a safe space for me to share anything and everything I’m going through or dealing with without feeling judged or small. She’s empathetic and compassionate without being unsolicitedly sympathetic, because she actually cares and it shows. I leave our sessions feeling lighter and more confident about my abilities to navigating past, present, and future situations in my life. Thank you so much Sara!

Sara is the most knowledgeable, compassionate and empathetic therapist you will work with. She will offer support, advice, things to work on or just meet you where you are that day. You won’t be sorry you chose her!
