Having Sara there at the end of a video link gives me a great deal of comfort. Whether I have something which concerns me or I simply want to talk to someone Sara is always there to help and because she remembers the details around my situation she immediately has context which hlps with her response. Sara is as good as they come.

Working with Sara has been great! We have been working together for 3 months and it has been nothing but growth. Sara is extremely resourceful and provides me with multiple approaches to my issues, just like I asked her. With her help, I feel like I have gained a more rooted connection to myself and my surroundings. I walked into therapy with great hesitation but with Sara openness and kindness I know I made the right decision.

I am now one of those people who recommends you talk to a therapist about everything. You should talk to a therapist about it.

Data has this very deep understanding and listening that makes me feel very secured.
She is very present and I can feel she is really interested in what I m saying to her.
She sends me a message everyday to see how I am, and it's nice to have her support.
We are in our firsts sessions, that were more to understand the global situation, and I feel that I m going to do evolve a lot with her!

Sara has offered me a multi-faceted approach to therapy. She is attentive to detail, available via the messaging and has a plethora of available therapy times. I, specifically, love that she understands my busy life style, as a mom of young kids, and will send me podcast recommendations, book excerpts and TEDtalks to reference about things we've discussed in our live sessions.
