Sara has been such an amazing support in my life since I signed up with better help earlier this year. She is great at listening to my problems and making me feel validated in my experiences. While also giving great feedback and guidance for what nexts steps I should focus on and how to process what I've been going through. She is very sweet and comfortable to share with and I would recommend her to anyone. I wasn't sure if I would like better help therapy, but Sara has helped me through a very stressful time in my life. I'm so glad I signed up and started my sessions with her.
