Hi, I’m Sara Roesler, LICSW, LCSW, MSW, MPH. I offer a compassionate, supportive space for adults who feel overwhelmed by anxiety, mood changes, or the pressure to keep everything together. I work with both new and ongoing challenges, including bipolar disorder, ADHD, and anxiety.

My style is warm, practical, and collaborative. I value working with clients who are engaged and open to the process, and we’ll move at a pace that feels right for you. Together, we’ll look at patterns that keep showing up and build tools to help you feel more steady. I draw from approaches like CBT and DBT, always tailored to your needs.

Many of my clients seem “fine” on the outside but feel overwhelmed inside. If you’re dealing with racing thoughts, emotional ups and downs, or repeating patterns, you don’t have to handle it alone.
