Sarah is so much better than any therapist I’ve tried in the past! She is extremely supportive and professional. 10/10 would recommend!

During my first session with Sarah, I felt listened to, validated and understood. Her feedback and insight into some of my experiences was something I’ve never been given before, and I’m only a week into my therapy journey. I definitely believe Sarah has the knowledge and expertise to help me along in my healing.

Sarah is very prompt when needing an answer. In my past sessions, she listened to what I had to say about my situation and gave input that helped me.

Sarah is great at what she does. Helped me see things that I have overlooked and not understood for years. I feel blessed to have found her.

So far, Sarah has been amazing at facilitating conversations and guiding me to look deeper into things that I'm good at just glazing over. I, with my ADHD, am very easily tangential, and she helps to reel me back in to the main ideas we discuss.
