Sarah is amazing. We worked together for roughly 7 months and I felt confident to leave therapy ( my finances didn't allow me to keep doing therapy forever). After I left therapy with my "tool box" of things to do when I was stressed or upset in anyway I had major health issues happen a month or 2 later. Things my tool box didn't prepare me for. So I reached out to Sarah when I was in crisis, she helped me get out of my crisis mode quickly and back on track. Now I continue to see her on a once a month basis to check in. Financially I can swing it, and it gives me so much peace of mind knowing that I have that "check in". Cannot recommend her enough for anyone who struggles with trauma, substance abuse, being a mom of any kind. She hears what I don't say, and asks the questions that I didn't dare ask myself. The amount of growth I have made would not have been possible without Sarah's guidance.
