I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, depression, trauma and abuse, coping with grief and loss, and parenting issues. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared, as new avenues for hope and healing take root. I was so nervous going into therapy but Sarah made everything so easy. She validated my feelings and helped me gain a new perspective. She is intentional with listening and her words. It’s like she’s right there with me through the emotions and pain. I couldn’t ask for anyone better. It has only been a couple sessions but I’m so glad I took the leap and started therapy.

I have really liked working with Sarah so far. I am brand new to therapy, and I am only a few sessions in, so we're still getting to know each other and I'm still developing an understanding of what to expect through this process and what my own needs for a therapist may be, but I have nothing but positive things to say about Sarah. She has been very understanding and I feel I can be very open with her. I'm looking forward to each session.
