I find my sessions with Sarah very helpful. I eagerly wait every week for the session to share on my progress (or lack of it) and I always leave the session more calm and hopeful for a more positive future ahead. Sarah has good active listening skills and it is very easy to talk to her.

I have worked with Sarah for 3 sessions now, I have already seen improvements in my lifestyle and mindset… she will give me techniques to use/try to help overcome what any current struggles are which have been very helpful so far.
I would definitely recommend using Sarah.

Sarah is a compassionate listener and had really good insights that I found very helpful. I went in to the process somewhat unsure of what to expect and I was very pleasantly surprised at how useful my talks with her turned out to be. She helped me come to terms with some difficult truths and suggested some good approaches to improving things. I'm glad I was matched with her.
