I am licensed in Maine and Florida with 22 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, Depression, Trauma and abuse, family conflicts, parenting issues, motivation, self esteem, and confidence, ADHD, domestic violence and much more. I have a special passion for parenting challenges and children and adults with disabilities. I've worked with children, adolescents and teens as a specialty for more than 20 years. Using art in a therapeutic way, even through telehealth is also an area of expertise, I strongly believe in creative therapy. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I will tailor our dialogue and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process. I use art within the context of treatment, the creative process is both fun and engages a depth in treatment.
