Sarah is amazing. She listens, understands and explains the why's and hows so I can wrap my head around any given situation. She also supports me in a multitude of ways; not only in our sessions and messages but videos, books and worksheets that are exactly what I need. She is encouraging and real, she never comes across dismissive or condescending. I grow and heal from every interaction.
