When I speak with Sasha-i feel I have someone who understands and listens without judgement. She knowledgeable and genuinely cares. The assignments she gives have really opened my eyes to who I can be and want to be. I’m capable of so much and deserving of even more. Sasha has helped me see that.

Mrs. Sasha Little is a very professional and reliable therapist. She has a knack for making me feel comfortable enough to share my true thoughts and feelings, she listens well, and she's great at asking thought provoking questions. My experience with her has been transformational as I have gotten some amazing breakthroughs with our sessions. I highly recommend. 5 stars!

An amazing therapist for my needs. She really listens to what I'm saying but also to what I don't even realise I'm saying. Sasha always offers amazing insight every session and discusses uncomfortable things in a respectful and sensitive manner.

Sasha gets it. She is very attentive to my needs and I can tell she is engaged with what I'm saying. It hasn't been long but she has made my therapy experience enlightening, reflective and enjoyable. I love how she gives me homework that is tailored to my needs. I had almost given up on trying to find a good therapist, Sasha makes me glad I didn't.
