My passion is working with depression, anxiety, trauma, and addiction. I also have extensive experience in working with anger management, and developing coping skills to use in a variety of situations. I have helped clients deal with the stresses of college, new jobs, losing jobs, moving to new places, and other difficult life changes such as break-ups or maneuvering through new relationships. I like to think of making changes internally and externally, within oneself and one's beliefs, as well as the behaviors we engage in and the environment around us. My preferences in methodologies are Cognitive Behavior Therapy and mindfulness. I believe that anyone can achieve improvement, and I believe that progress IS perfection. I like to help people enjoy their life as is, while working on achieving whatever changes and growth they set as their goals.
