My passion is working with depression, anxiety, trauma, and addiction. I also have extensive experience in working with anger management, and developing coping skills to use in a variety of situations. I have helped clients deal with the stresses of college, new jobs, losing jobs, moving to new places, and other difficult life changes such as break-ups or maneuvering through new relationships. I like to think of making changes internally and externally, within oneself and one's beliefs, as well as the behaviors we engage in and the environment around us. My preferences in methodologies are Cognitive Behavior Therapy and mindfulness. I believe that anyone can achieve improvement, and I believe that progress IS perfection. I like to help people enjoy their life as is, while working on achieving whatever changes and growth they set as their goals.

Engages in conversation, offers different ways to perceive my problems, highly empathetic. Also loving the off-topic small talk from time to time; feels very familiar.
Sasha is so articulate and so amazing. Best therapist I have ever had.
Sasha is the greatest counselor I had in the US. She listens and she truly understands. She is a very sharp and smart observer, always very pinpointing about what bothers you in your mind. It was wonderful that every time she says the words and concerns that you have in your own mind before you realize it yourself. Without her help, I would have not been staying strong and healthy. I hope that every therapist will have the same sense of responsibility and empathy as she has, and help their clients in the same genuine way.
Sasha is really great. When you talk to her it feels as if she tries to relate to the person she is counseling. I think she is a great counselor for the younger generation and young adults. She has helped me put things into better perspective. Thank you.
This has been so beneficial and I can’t say enough about my counsellor. Thank you so much!
Sasha is professional, but she still knows how to make me feel welcome, and it feels comfortable- like I'm talking to a friend, and not a stranger. Excellent "bedside manner", so to speak, really good with addressing my concerns and helping to guide me in a good direction. Sasha is also good at making sure I'm feeling secure, which is helpful. I appreciate her tact and ability to handle trauma, depression, and anxiety. A flexible and caring therapist!
I love her. As always she is prompt and empathic and full of tools to help me cope.
Working with Sasha has thus far been very helpful. She has never once told me that my issues were "too complex" or "too severe" to be treated. She never told me I was "too traumatized/ upset" to work with her. Sasha stayed calm and supportive even when I had a panic attack on the phone. She has been constantly been warm and understanding, yet professional. Sasha is very helpful, positive and supportive. I look forward to sessions with her and I enjoy her sense of humor. Working with her has helped me a lot in handling my symptoms of PTSD, particularly the severe trauma flashbacks I constantly had.
Sasha is so lovely and always there to hear what you have to say and guide you!
Sasha is the best, she is very supportive, and I am so impressed.
Sasha has been extremely helpful and available when I need her.
I strongly recommend Sasha Nicolle.
I honestly love this app and Sasha! At first I was really apprehensive about this but issue turned out to be just what I needed. She’s non judgmental and offers good solutions or just there to listen when you aren’t really looking for a solution highly recommend.
