Saumu is a fantastic therapist and has helped me to work through a difficult time in my life, she is very understanding, empathetic and I really do respect her and her judgment!

Saumu is very intuitive and provided me with a variety of explanations and ideas which I could relate to by taking into account my background and past experiences. I noticed immediate changes from our very first session!

Saumu was great at identifying my behaviour patterns and focusing on my therapy goals. She was authentic and easy to connect with. She provided a variety of exercises as needed instead of just talking, but was also a great listener of course. A very very helpful experience overall, cannot recommend Saumu enough.
