About me
Real Talk. Real Healing. Real Growth.
Let's be real—life be LIFING sometimes! And no matter how strong, independent, or put-together you may appear on the outside, sometimes you need a space where you can take off the cape, let your guard down, and just BE.
I'm a therapist who believes that healing doesn't have to look or sound a certain way. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship drama, stress, self-esteem struggles, or simply trying to figure out who you are in this season of life, I'm here to help you unpack it all—without judgment, pressure, or a bunch of clinical jargon.
My approach? A little real talk, a whole lot of compassion, and therapeutic tools that actually make sense in your everyday life. I'm not here to tell you how to live your life. I'm here to help you recognize patterns, challenge the things that keep you stuck, establish healthy boundaries, and rediscover the person you may have lost while trying to be everything to everybody else.
I believe therapy should feel like a safe space where you can laugh, cry, vent, reflect, and even have those uncomfortable conversations that lead to real growth. We'll celebrate your wins, work through your challenges, and tackle the hard stuff at a pace that works for YOU.
And listen, you don't have to have it all figured out before you walk through my door. You don't have to be in crisis to deserve support, and you don't have to carry everything by yourself just because you've always been the strong one.
Healing isn't about becoming somebody else. Sometimes it's about finding your way back to YOU.
So, come as you are. Bring your story, your struggles, your questions, and even your "I don't know where to start." We'll figure out the next steps together.
Because around here, we're not just talking about surviving life. We're working toward healing, growing, and actually LIVING it!
