In the two sessions I’ve been able to receive therapy, I’ve felt heard and supported. Ms. Swan expresses empathy and understanding towards all walks of life, and I have shared many deep feelings. She provides a safe space with her calm voice and is very educated!

Shanterica has done so much for me by keeping our sessions guided, I feel understood, protected and her insight of the reality of situations allow me to feel clear in the way I handle my own process. I highly recommend her approach. It’s not easy to find simplicity in therapy sometimes yet somehow she is able to translate to simple terms complex dynamics and suggest simple guidance and steps to create a sense of trust in myself, her support has really carried me through some tough moments. I’m thankful that I found a competent and caring therapist ngl. 🫶🏼

We have only had one session but was comfortable enough to open up from the start . I felt listened to and not afraid to speak. Her feed back wasn’t judgmental and was helpful . I look forward to continuing our conversation.
