Reviews
These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Sharon Baxter. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.
She is interested in what I have to say, the context, the scenario, the environment. She looks to build as complete of a picture of your mental state and the factors contributing to it so that her observations and articulation of how, and why fit and have much greater impact. She's seriously good.
I didn't believe in therapy before now. Not that I thought it was useless - but I didn't think anyone would be able to tell me anything, or re-articulate anything that was already in my head. I have ADHD - so I've already dressed down every situation and scenario from every perspective I can think of, which is a lot.
Sharon proved me wrong. It's not really about re-articulation... It's more simply just letting someone else hear your thoughts and give you interested discussion and feedback. In this case, someone that is studied and a expert in how to do this safely and effectively.

Only had one session with Sharon so far but it was great! Very easy to talk and listened to what I had to say without just trying to problem solve. Would absolutely recommend her to someone else

This is my first experience with personal counseling and Sharon has made me wish I had started sooner. I now understand the importance of caring for my mental health as much as I do my physical health. Sharon listens intently and offers the most kind, compassionate and practical advice to my issues that span relationship to hormones. I am forever grateful for her.
