I love my therapist! She is the perfect fit for me. She’s helping me through several situations in my life. I’m so thankful I found her! She helps me in so many areas with personal boundaries while working through some really hard life changing situations.

Dr. Belhamel is an active listener and addresses my worries and concerns. I felt at ease speaking with her regarding sensitive family situations and received validation and good feedback on how to improve my situation. She helped me reflect on things and provided me with tools to make positive changes.

So far, Dr. Belhamel has been nothing but professional, attentive, empathetic, and has deftly pinpointed solutions to the issues I have presented with (and I have presented a lot).
I would recommend her to anyone who is serious about improving their quality of life and is willing to follow her suggestions.
So far she has been fantastic and I personally give her my highest recommendation.

When I was dealing with a significant crisis in my personal life, and was not sure I would be able to overcome it in time to return to work after a significant leave, I decided to try BetterHelp. A quick chat with a person on a crisis line just wasn’t enough. Thankfully, I was matched with Dr Belhamel almost right away and throughout the long weekend, she helped me work through the crisis which brought back a great deal of previous grief and pain that I thought I had been able to move past. I am very grateful to her for helping me through a very difficult time. As a result, I was able to “get back on my feet”, go back to work, and I am doing much better. I am still seeing Dr Belhamel weekly to continue working on my anxiety, and appreciate her warmth and down to earth attitude that come through even via messaging!

I was very skeptical of the idea of therapy in general as I had never done it. BetterHelp matched me with Dr. Belhamel and right away, I felt like I can actually speak for the first time. I was able to speak freely without the fear of being judged, and she was and has been so understanding and compassionate about my situation and what the healthiest mindset is to approach it. HIGHLY recommend.
