I’ve only had a few sessions with Sharon, and I highly recommend her! She is a great listener and always has something new to try and new strategies to help cope with anxiety ridden thoughts, anger, and depression. She’s a Christian woman with kids of her own and just truly gets motherhood and the stress that goes along with that as well. Give her a shot, you’ll love her!
