I started with severe depression that plagued me for years. With her guidance and hard work, I'm now able to have a new and rewarding life. Sharon's worked with me tirelessly. Focused on bringing about the most change. She was able to keep me from a depressive tailspin when I was at my wits end. When I found her; she saved my sanity, and gave me hope for a new life without depression.

Sharon has helped me to recover from traumas suffered throughout my life - some that I didn’t even think were traumas. She has helped me recognize my inner child traumas and has helped me heal so I can be my best self.

Sharon is the best you can ask for. She mentored/advised me when I was at a dark place, that I thought I would never get to. She always kept the main thing the main thing but did it in her way and helped get me back on track in life. She always checked on me, always gave me great advice, always sent me diff worksheets to do to help me with my anxiety. She became like family almost in a great way she was on the journey with me throughout my time here through the good times and bad times. Sharon will always be in my heart for the impact she’s had in my life.
