As a licensed therapist in North Carolina. Virginia and Washington, I specialize in supporting individuals navigating complex emotional landscapes. I'm particularly passionate about helping clients develop self-love, overcome isolation, and rediscover their life's purpose.

Sharon is the best you can ask for. She mentored/advised me when I was at a dark place, that I thought I would never get to. She always kept the main thing the main thing but did it in her way and helped get me back on track in life. She always checked on me, always gave me great advice, always sent me diff worksheets to do to help me with my anxiety. She became like family almost in a great way she was on the journey with me throughout my time here through the good times and bad times.
