I’ve genuinely had a great experience working with Shay. What stands out most is how natural and comfortable our sessions feel. It doesn’t feel overly clinical or forced there’s a real sense of connection, and that makes it so much easier to open up and actually do the work.
I truly feel like she cares, not just as a therapist but as a person, and that energy makes a big difference. I always leave sessions feeling heard, understood, and more grounded than when I walked in. I really value the space she creates and the way she shows up.
Five stars from me, easily.
